His 26 years of experience encompass recruiting and team building for startups, SMBs, and large companies. Josh founded and built Velossent, a leading technology recruiting company. He’s currently writing a book on powerful, proactive career management during challenging times, and working with multiple consulting and tech ventures to make it easier for talented people to find and engage with great companies and opportunities.
Maurice
Maurice Morgan has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting leadership, encompassing senior management roles at major corporations and as the owner of his own boutique recruiting firm. He’s built his reputation building highly effective recruiting teams, with a long track record for successful hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring many of the top recruiting talents in the industry. Maurice is a graduate of The University of West Georgia, with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree of Psychology. He’s also earned Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt and Human Capital Institute Talent Acquisition Strategist certifications.
Nikki
With a master’s degree in psychology, Nikki Cochran spent her early career as a clinical therapist and the last 14 years as a recruiting leader and consultant. One core value has been at the crux of her career – a pursuit of “continuous improvement” for herself and others. Nikki enjoys helping others identify and remove personal and professional roadblocks, as well as leverage their strengths and passions to become the best versions of themselves. In recent years, she concentrated on driving operational excellence within corporate talent acquisition settings. Currently, she is enjoying returning to her roots in recruiting and coaching – partnering with hiring leaders to help them find the right type of top talent to join their team.
