These terms and conditions outline the terms of our engagement for your participation in the CareerWhisperer Career Transition Coaching Program. We are thrilled to partner with you on this journey to a new career.
You are enrolling in the CareerWhisperer Career Transition Coaching Program, which includes:
- Access to the CareerWhisperer Product: Full access to our exclusive online platform, tools, and resources for a 6 month period.
- Comprehensive Training: Guided modules and materials to help you navigate every stage of your career transition.
- Personalized Coaching: Dedicated one-on-one coaching sessions to provide tailored support and guidance through the program.
As a participant in our program, you will receive personalized support, including:
- Virtual Meetings: We will hold virtual coaching sessions to review your progress, set goals, and address any challenges as needed through a 4 month period. This time will also include regular feedback on the beta product, training, and coaching to gather your valuable insights for future program improvements.
If you are enrolled as a beta program client, a discount will be applied to the program's standard rate. For all clients, the total for the entire program must be paid upfront. Invoices will be sent to your email and are payable upon receipt.
By accepting this agreement, you agree to:
- Actively participate in virtual meetings and feedback sessions.
- Provide a testimonial upon the successful completion of the program and securing a new position. This testimonial may be used for CareerWhisperer's marketing and promotional materials.
- Communicate when you have accepted a new position.
All information shared between you and your coach during our sessions will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any personal information without your prior consent, except as required by law.
